Es liegt zwischen den Deichtorhallen und der berühmten Oberhafenkantine. Das 1911 von Claus Meyer erbaute Gebäude bietet Büros und Händlern Platz sowie Eventflächen. Vor dem Krieg gab es neben dem Kontorhaus einen Auktionssaal, ein Lagerhaus und Wohnbau in dem Gebäude.

The fruit yard
The Fruchthof office and warehouse complex at Oberhafen is a mighty building. It is located between the Deichtorhallen and the famous Oberhafenkantine. Built in 1911 by Claus Meyer, the building provides space for offices and merchants as well as event areas. Before the war, in addition to the Kontorhaus, there was an auction hall, a warehouse and housing in the building.
