Ein „junges“ Kontorhaus steht in der Spaldingstraße. Hier ist eine Zeitreise in die 1950er Jahre möglich. Da entstand das Gebäude zur Nutzung durch gewerbliche Mieter zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Berliner Tor. Es trägt den alten Namen der Hansestadt Hamburg: Die Hammaburg.

Kontorhaus Hammaburg City South

A „young“ Kontorhaus is located in Spaldingstraße. Here you can travel back in time to the 1950s. That’s when the building was built for use by commercial tenants between the main train station and Berliner Tor. It bears the old name of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg: The Hammaburg.

Kontorhaus Weserburg Spaldingstraße

Ein markanter, wuchtiger Bau steht an der Spaldingstraße, Ecke Heidenkampsweg. Das Kontorhaus Weserburg – heute Kontor 218 (nach der Hausnummer). Von 1909-1910 erbauten Alfred Kellermann (-) und Otto Tauchnitz (1880-) das Kontorhaus für A. E. Werbeck. Der Charme der Geschichte ist kaum noch erhalten. Um das Gebäude zu nutzen, wurde es komplett saniert und umgebaut.

A striking, massive building stands at the corner of Spaldingstraße and Heidenkampsweg. The Kontorhaus Weserburg – today Kontor 218 (after the house number). Der Kontor- und Lagerhauskomplex Fruchthof am Oberhafen ist ein mächtiges Gebäude. Es liegt zwischen den Deichtorhallen und der berühmten Oberhafenkantine. Das 1911 von Claus Meyer erbaute Gebäude bietet Büros und Händlern Platz sowie Eventflächen. Vor dem Krieg gab es neben dem Kontorhaus einen Auktionssaal, ein Lagerhaus und Wohnbau in dem Gebäude.

Ein Gebäude aus Glas und Stahl zieht im Stadtteil Hamburg-Hammerbrook die Blicke auf sich. Der Berliner Bogen. Die Architekten Bothe, Richter und Teherani schufen den 140 Meter langen und 36 Meter hohen Bau. Er wurde 2001 eröffnet. Seine Fläche besteht aus ca. 32.000 Quadratmeter Bürofläche für ca. 1.200 Arbeitsplätze.
