Der Architekt Albert Lindhorst (1871-1938) war auch für das Wrangelhaus verantwortlich und lieferte die Pläne für das Stellahaus. Von 2012 bis 2014 sanierten https://www.grs-architekten.de das schöne Gebäude.

Im Jugendstil gebaut mit großen Fenstern und einem sehr schönen Treppenhaus ist es ein prächtiges Kontorhaus.
