In 2000 erfolgte unter Regie von Wegner Immobilien die aufwändige Sanierung mit Schaffung einer Glaskuppel für das Licht im Treppenhaus.

In the Hamburg-Rotherbaum district, there is a grandiose corner building on Mittelweg. It was built in 1873 to a design by Johannes Grotjan. In 2000, Wegner Immobilien carried out an extensive renovation, including the creation of a glass dome for the light in the staircase.
