In 1905 vom Architekten Walter Martens (1860-1937) erbaut. An der Hafenkante gelegen, bietet es „elegante und vornehme Innendekoration“. Und natürlich ein sehr schönes Treppenhaus mit einer genieteten Stahltreppe. In 1991 sanierten die Architekten Dinse, Feest, Zurl das Haus und stockten das Gebäude auf. (Leider war meine Arbeit vor Ort stark eingeschränkt…)

Kontorhaus Steinhöft: Elbhof
Built in 1905 by the architect Walter Martens (1860-1937). Located on the edge of the harbor, it offers „elegant and distinguished interior decoration“. And, of course, a very beautiful staircase with a riveted steel staircase. In 1991, the architects Dinse, Feest, Zurl renovated the house and increased the building. (Unfortunately, my work on site was severely limited…).

In 1908 schuf der Architekt Martin Haller (1835-1925) mit Hermann Geißler (1859-1939) für die gleichnamige Reederei das Kontorhaus am Steinhöft. 1922 bekam es eine Aufstockung mit Staffelgeschoss durch Fritz Höger (1877-1949). Es hat zwei Entrées. Eins am Baumwall, eins am Steinhöft. The Slomann House
In 1908, the architect Martin Haller (1835-1925) and Hermann Geißler (1859-1939) created the office building at Steinhöft for the shipping company of the same name. In 1922, Fritz Höger (1877-1949) added an additional storey to the building. It has two entrances. One at Baumwall, one at Steinhöft. In 1908 schuf der Architekt M. Haller mit H. Geißler das Kontorhaus am Steinhöft für eine Reederei. 1922 bekam es eine Aufstockung durch F. Höger. Es hat zwei Entrées, eins am Baumwall, eins am Steinhöft. Dazu kommt ein Paternoster, der noch heute in dem schönen Treppenhaus seinen Dienst tut.
