Architekt war der in Hamburg tätige Martin Haller (1835-1925). Pläne für den Bau des ersten Hochhauses Hamburgs stammen vom Architekten Albert Lindhorst (1871-1938). Die Fassade ist hell gehalten, anders als die Kontorhäuser aus rotem Ziegel. Sie ist reich verziert. The Stella House
The Kontorhaus was built in 1922 for the shipping company of the same name. The architect was Martin Haller (1835-1925), who worked in Hamburg. Plans for the construction of Hamburg’s first high-rise building were drawn up by architect Albert Lindhorst (1871-1938). The façade is light in color, unlike the red brick Kontorhäuser.
