Die Architekten Gerkan, Mark und Partner erbauten von 1989-1992 das großzügige Kontorhaus. Es besitzt riesige Glasflächen an der Front und auf dem Dach. Zwei Innenhöfe sorgt für Licht in den Büros.
Markant sind die spiralförmigen Treppenhäuser. Neben den frei stehenden im Innenhof gibt es auch ein großes Treppenhaus.

The architects Gerkan, Mark und Partner built the spacious Kontorhaus from 1989-1992. It has huge glass surfaces at the front and on the roof. Two inner courtyards provide light for the offices.
The spiral staircases are striking. In addition to the free-standing ones in the inner courtyard, there is also a large staircase.

Drei Hausflügel an der Domstraße beherbergen eine riesige Piazza und ein modernes Treppenhaus. Das bis 1992 von Gerkan, Marg & Partner gebaute Bürohaus überrascht. Licht und Platz in einer Stadt, die gern verdichtet. Als Respekt vor den schönen Hamburger Treppenhäusern windet sich im Innenhof eine schöne Kontorhaus-Treppe nach oben.

Three wings on Domstraße house a huge piazza and a modern staircase. The office building, built by Gerkan, Marg & Partner until 1992, surprises. Light and space in a city that likes to condense. A beautiful Kontorhaus staircase winds its way upwards in the inner courtyard as a respect for the beautiful Hamburg stairwells.
