Ballinhaus: Das alte Treppenhaus

Aus dem ersten Bau von 1903 stammt noch das “alte” Treppenhaus. Großzügig und so groß, dass es verschiedener Aufnahmen bedurfte, um seine ganze Schönheit einzufangen. Es führte von der Empfangshalle zu den Geschäftsräumen und dem Sitz des Direktors Ballin.
